WHAT IS MIND MAPPING?
A mind map involves the analysis of the left and the right brain which helps us to know the highly preferred skills of a person. By focusing on key ideas and looking for connections between them, you can confine knowledge in a way that will help you to understand better and retain information. Mind Mapping is an essential parameter while guiding anyone for a career. Dr Howard Gardner proposed that there are eight bits of intelligence. To capture the full range of abilities and talents that people possess, Gardner theorised that people do not have just an intellectual capacity, but have many kinds of intelligence, including musical, interpersonal, spatial-visual, and linguistic intelligence. While a person might be powerful in a specific area, such as musical intelligence, he or she most likely possesses various abilities. For example, an individual might have strong verbal, musical, and naturalistic intelligence. This Mind Mapping is an Analysis of the Left Brain and Right Brain in which we come to know the Preference given by your brain from Highest to Lowest of this Eight Multiple Intelligence. Academically I did my B.COM-LLB, and Masters in Counseling Psychology Professionally and Passionately I am a Career Counselor & An Edupreneur. Title Winner of “Young Women Entrepreneur of the Year” by Arth-Sanket. I started my Journey with Right Choice in 2017 as a Co-founder. Like You and many others, I was highly confused with my stream selection and career choice. Giving more preference to what parents say, I took up B.com- LLB after 12th Commerce (Being absolute Blank & knowing nothing.) Simultaneously studying & giving a try for Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and then UPSC. A highly anxious, insecure and underconfident girl at that time understood she needed to find her strength, and skills and make her own identity. I roughly remember from my 8th Std itself I had this thing in my mind to study Psychology & have something of my own. I had always an inclination & strong belief in “being your own boss”. So after all the above attempts of various careers, I took an aptitude test then and decided to go for my Favorite and always go-to subject Psychology. While Pursuing PGDM and my other certification programs like REBT (Rational emotive behaviour therapy) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) I realised many other people around me have the potential but lack the correct guidance at their age and also there are many people out who are misguided and need a RIGHT CHOICE of career. So along with my mentors and seniors, we researched, developed and after intensive career counselling, and training we launched RIGHT CHOICE with a vision to make the candidate’s choice of career RIGHT and their best-accomplished space.
Today when I look at all my 3700+ candidates with smiling faces holding their favourite degrees in hand it inspires me to work hard, for my existing students and the ones I am ever excited to welcome on board with open arms.
